Between power and sensitivity

Barbara Rivage was born in the middle of the night, at a time when the space for creation is infinite, driven by a visceral need to exorcise one’s sorrows. At first influenced by the mythical group The Velvet Underground and the singer Nico, their songs become more precise, more refined and turn towards a French pop close to the universe of Sébastien Tellier or Redcar. The dark and intense voice of Roxane confronts a dramatic poetry to the melodious and comforting guitars of Vivien.
Barbara Rivage will announce shortly their first album for spring 2023.
